EstateSail does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Some uses of cookies, analytics, and advertising tools may qualify as "sharing" or "selling" under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws — for example, when third-party advertising tools receive identifiers that can be used to show you ads on other websites.

Browser and Industry Opt-Outs

Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information

EstateSail does not use or disclose sensitive personal information (for example, precise geolocation, government identifiers, or financial account numbers) for purposes that, under the California Consumer Privacy Act, would require a separate "Limit" right. We only use these data types to operate the marketplace, complete orders, and meet legal obligations. If our practices change, we will update this page and the Privacy Policy and provide a control here.

Submit a Privacy Request

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information associated with your account, or to opt out of marketing emails. We do not yet have an automated privacy-request portal. To submit a request, email support@estatesail.us with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include the following so we can verify and process the request:

• Your name
• The email address associated with your EstateSail account
• The phone number on your account, if any
• The state or country you live in
• The type of request: access, correction, deletion, export, opt out of sale/sharing, opt out of marketing, limit sensitive data, or other
• A short description of what you would like us to do

We will acknowledge most requests within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days, with extensions where the law allows. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Other Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with a privacy authority. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
