We aim to respond within one business day. Emails sent on evenings or weekends are usually answered the next business morning Pacific time.
What to Include
For an order or refund question: please include your order number, the sale name, and the email used at checkout. Screenshots help speed up resolution.
For account access issues: include the email address on the account and a description of what you are seeing. Do not send your password.
For seller questions: include your business name and the saleId or sale URL if applicable.
Contacting the Seller
EstateSail is a marketplace platform — most sales on the site are run by independent estate sale companies and liquidators. For sale-specific questions (item condition, pickup logistics, sale-specific rules), the seller usually has the fastest answer. Seller contact information is shown on each sale page when the seller has chosen to display it.
