This vintage Penn Scale MFG. Co. hanging dial scale features a large circular face with bold black numerals and a single indicator hand, branded "Penn Scale Mfg. Co., Inc. Philadelphia." The metal case and painted dial show age-appropriate patina, foxing on the printed face, and surface rust on the rim and hanging bracket; two wires hang from the bottom where the original hook assembly would attach.
