Decorative butterfly-shaped divided dish cast in a pewter-like metal with four shallow compartments and all-over textured hand-hammered surface. The piece shows decorative concentric circle and scalloped wing border details and a raised segmented body at center. There is a visible repair or solder at the body hinge area and overall patina/tarnish consistent with age; no maker's marks visible in photos.
