Description

Wüsthof Gourmet fork-tip carving knife with a serrated narrow blade and black triple-riveted handle. Marked on the blade "WÜSTHOF GOURMET" and appears to be approximately a 6–7 inch blade used for carving and slicing cooked meats. Handle shows surface scratches consistent with normal kitchen use; blade shows light wear but no obvious chips. A practical everyday carving knife from Wüsthof's Gourmet line, sold as-is.
