Decorative Chinese famille verte style covered ginger jar with hand-painted figural scenes and polychrome enamels. The round lidded jar features a traditional scene of warriors and banners in green, red and gilt tones on a crackle-ground body; lid is keyed to fit. Good overall condition with expected surface crazing and light wear to paint consistent with age; no obvious large chips or breaks visible in photos.
