Description

Unusual handmade assemblage: two soft sculpted face dolls packed inside a frosted glass jar with a thick cork stopper. Faces appear to be needlefelted or sculpted foam with simple embroidered or felt eyes and stitched smiles; bodies wrapped in blue and gray knit fabric. Decorative, quirky piece suitable for a shelf or conversation display; jar shows light wear and surface haze consistent with age, cork has small holes and surface patina. Measures compactly and is easy to display as-is.
