Description

Vintage Moroccan hand-chased brass tray mounted as a low table top with scalloped rim and large floral repoussé decoration. The wide brass tray shows detailed chased foliate patterns and a raised, repeating scalloped edge; it is fitted to a painted cutout metal base (shown) to create a low tray table. Handworked surface shows light surface scratches and small spots of wear and patina consistent with age but overall solid and attractive. A decorative statement piece that works as an occasional or coffee table top; see photos for close-up condition and edge detail.
