Late 19th/early 20th-century style mantel clock with an inlaid mahogany case, brass bezel with gilt bead decoration and enamel dial with Roman numerals. Movement plate is stamped "R & C PARIS & LONDON BEST WARRANTED" and numbered "164," and the piece includes a winding key and bell — movement appears complete though not tested. Case shows light surface wear and minor scuffs consistent with age; feet and brass trim have expected patina. Measures approximately as listed and would suit a mantel or shelf as a decorative working timepiece once serviced.
