Description

AMF Foam Hand Grip Weights — a pair of red foam-covered hand grips marked AMF and labeled "1" on the end caps, designed for light strengthening and grip training. The foam covers show light surface wear and slight soiling consistent with regular use but no structural damage to the plastic end caps or cores. Compact and lightweight, these grips are easy to store and add resistance to hand and forearm exercises. Sold as shown as a used pair; see photos for condition details.
