Description

Pair of small blue-and-white collector plates marked “DENMARK” and dated 2010, each with a printed scene: one titled “H. C. ANDERSEN KONGENS HAVE” showing a statue with children, the other titled “KONGENS LIVGARDE” depicting two palace guards. Hard-glazed ceramic with ink transfer images and a simple raised rim; light surface crazing and a few scuffs consistent with display use but no visible chips or cracks. Each plate is marked with model numbers (48 and 45) on the back and a small maker's mark; ideal as a decorative pair or for a collector of Danish souvenir ceramics. Overall good condition with expected display wear.
